• offer a free onsite 30-minute consultation to understand your individual needs and allow you to get to know us

• discuss with you our comprehensive service offering and allow you to choose which services you require based on your needs (see details of some of the services we can offer by clicking here)

• prepare a cost estimate based on your requirements to allow you to make informed decisions

• work with you to develop a timeline and customised moving schedule

Prepare

Between our initial meeting and moving day, we coordinate a range of activities to ensure your move is as stress-free as possible. We can:

• assist with preparing your home for sale

• engage trusted removalists and other services

• if helpful, consult with third parties including family, care providers, real estate agents, retirement village operators or aged care providers to finalise your plan and move

• work with you to declutter and right-size your possessions and help you decide what items are no longer adding value to your life and make space for those that do

• organise solutions for the items you’re not taking with you

• assist with changing your utilities and mail redirection

• visit your new home to measure spaces and plan for placement of your furniture and other possessions

Perform

On your packing and move days, our team will:

• pack your possessions with care & efficiency, ready for moving

• supervise removalists and other service providers 

• unpack your belongings and prepare your new home ready for you to move in

• organise and supervise completion of post-move house cleaning and maintenance tasks at the house you are moving from

• arrange other services for your new home, including art hanging, wall mounting and set up of your television, audio equipment and computers
